Delaware

I am trying to find someone to close in Delaware, I know it's atty only, I called several firms and they say that the Courts have just said the attorney has to settle the whole file, they can not do a witness only, does anyone know if this is true?

Why does evryone on this site have to be so pompus, I did listen to you on the phone, my client wanted the borrower to ign in his city he did not want to have him travel, so thanks alot for your great advice
