Delaware Closing PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey can someone answer me this? Does a delaware refinance require an attorney to witness? Does it need to be notarized?

Just follow your state's laws and you will be fine. Never mind that DE is an attorney state. Lots of folks cross into MD to sign their loan docs to avoid high attorney fees. If it works in MD, it will work in FL! ;-)

Never mind if De is an attorney state? HMMM thats to broad of a statement my friend. Deleware is an attorney only state. To be legal and by the book you can have the closing performed in either NJ, PA, or DE. I have done many closings for those who are in Deleware.

If you are doing a signing in DE, you better be an attorney. I do signings for Delaware properties but they come to me in Maryland.

I am in FL also. I don't recall the need for an attorney witness on docs.
I will also say that if you have any questions about recording requirements
for DE, you may want to call the hiring party for clarification.
