Document Closers AKA DCI

I also haven't been paid for the closings I did for Miss Annette DeAngelo. I was told by her employees that she makes them lie to us about getting our checks when she is the one that is behind all of it. I know her business address is her residence which is not where the office is located. From my understanding it is located in Orange City on Graves Ave. I was wondering if anyone had the correct address on Graves Ave? I was thinking about paying her a visit to collect my money. Another question, is it legal to register a false address where the business is not operating?

As far as Jamie Jessup from MortgageNotary.com, he was always fair to me and paid me on time. I know she was his office manager at the time he went out of business. She took his employees which were Alex, Crystal, Michelle, and Monica to start her business, which was in the same location as MortgageNotary.com. This location was also under her house address. (1942 N. Merrick Deltona, FL 32738) Her business has recently changed names and I am really not sure what the actual name is now, Document Closers, DCI, Clark Investments? I wonder which one her business license is under? I am contacting the state to put her under investigation, if she is not already. Hopefully this will be the end to her unsuccessful business and our dedication as a notary.

Evidently she needs our money to feed herself, her boyfriend, her kids, or to buy another Silver Volvo...Please respond with any information in regards to her or her business. Thank you!

Anon, whoever you are, I don't have any new info for you about DCI, but we quit working for her after a VERY short relationship in July of last year. We received an email from one of the schedulers at her company saying that we would be receiving documents on a Saturday for a Friday closing. When I replied to let them know that the docs would all be dated for Saturday, it apparently stirred up a real hornet's nest at DCI. After a very strange email conversation, I removed DCI from my customer list. Apparently someone was upset both that I would ever think they would ask me to backdate AND that I refused to date the docs for the "proper signing day" of Friday. I'm still not sure if they were asking me to backdate, but the email conversation is in our files along with a note from me saying that we will never take another order from DCI.

FWIW, the people who worked for DCI, except the "owner", were all very pleasant on the phone and I did receive my payments timely while I worked with them.
