Document On The Run, Inc

I want everyone to be aware of a company called Documents On The Run, Inc. They don't pay their notaries for their work. They routinely hire new notaries so they nonpayment issue will : get un-noticed. I filed a complaint against this company with Better Business Bureau, State of California and the company has yet to respond to my complaint as if they don't care. The Better Business Bureau suggested that if anyone has nonpayment issue with this company should file a
complaint so the agency can keep track of this company's unethical practice.

Do a search on them. You'll getg an eyeful. Which BBB did you contact?

I did one closing for them...never had a problem not even payment. They paid within 2 weeks of the closing.

BTW...when calling, did you ask for a supervisor or manager or even the owner?? At times I do get things resolved quickly by talking with them. If you haven't, try that. If you have, then you may have a valid and justifable complaint.
