E & O ins.

I am going to increase my coverage and want to know if anyone has done this prior to the expiration of their policy and if the premium was prorated?

I just added the additional policy coverage. I didn't think that there was enough left to bother pro-rating.

Cyndi,
I just renewed my E & O in mid March, the old policy was not going to expire until April 26th. I only had $30,000 of coverage on my old policy. I increased it to $100,000 on the new one, and ended up with a different carrier. I only had about five weeks left on the old one, so it was not worth the effort to inquire about pro-rating.

Can you recommend the carrier you used? I have been looking for a new carrier online but the ones I have found are difficult sites or don;t list a phone number.

Tricia

I purchased my policy here on NotRot and it seems to be fine. Merchants Bonding is the Co.
