DiTech Loans - Enotarization Posted 4/5/06
" Did a signing tonight with a manager there and he said they have fired all in house signers and are going to outside signers - he didn't know if they were exclusively using signings agencies, but he gave me a contact name and number. He also stated that in about 6 months they will roll out a program to go digital on all their loan docs. Right now they do about 5 of the pre-lim docs digital but in 6 months it will be the whole pack. I'd like to know the name, names of the SS who has their business. Also, does anyone aware of Ditech heading into the electronic notarization route? "

I thought digital docs were delivered via the web as opposed to overnight or email delivery of documents? Digital docs, at least in the contexts that I have seen the term, do not have anything to do with e-notarization.
I wonder if the original poster of this blurb might have been confused about whether the DiTech manager meant digital documents or electronic notarization?
I think it would be really tough for DiTech to go to e-notarization exclusively since most states don't have a workable program for e-notarization in place, Florida included.
