Excell Help please...

Why can I not get a page two to print out automatically? In print preview it only displays page 1, but I have more entries than are shown.

I'm a morone when it comes to this stuff.

You have to change the "print area".

Highlight all of your entries by clicking and dragging. Then go to "file", then click on "set print area".

After you have clicked on "set print area", you will see a dotted line around all of your entries -- this shows the print area.

Thanks Tina...

it worked, but reduced the spreadsheet to a very smal font. I would rather it print out over two pages, but can't seem to do it right.

File, Page Setup, Click Adjust to 100% of normal size...

I would also go to file, print area, clear
