Executive Closing Services called and wanted me to go

53+ miles one way for $75 including edocs. Then they said they would have to check the mileage and get the fee approved and if it is approved I would be called back within a couple minutes. Nothing yet! Gave me enough time to do a search and ooooh my! the reporting is not good. So for you Northern WI notaries....I would do a search before I accept!! otherwise good luck! I personally hope no one accepts that fee with edocs. That is rediculous!!

Yeah...ECS has a history with that. They tried to pull that on me too. I just had to tell a SS that I am not accepting any more lower then my fees...the cost of gas is to high right now, and!!!! due to that the cost of everything is up. And when you live in a rural area, everything really goes up. Theysay they will call back to have the fee approve, but I already know she is shopping for a cheaper notary. LOL. Oh well. Have to stand up to our fee's!!!! LOL

(actually I should say, have to stand up to our VALUES!)

Closing Services in Florida that does not pay and hasn't paid....Or taken months and months to pay since the beginning of their very existence ? Since you are talking fees with them have they changed their ways and decided to pay and pay promptly? Check the search engine for them on this board, nothing good said on their behalf.
