Exp Mobile Notaries needed to coordinate netwrk mtgs

I am seeking to put together a network that allows individuals to attend networking meetings/luncheons within there state on a quarterly basis. My hope is to have a chapter for each state (all the states that utilize mobile notaries) and if needed more than one chapter for the larger states as needed.
