After turning them down 5 times in two weeks, Land America One Stop just agreed to my fee for Citi Heloc. Could be a new beginning or maybe the cheap notaries around here are booked up today.

Let's hope so. I am about to go do a stint at temp work. I'd rather work like that than to take jobs that are not going to be paying enough.
