First American Signature Services

What is there pay schedule?

Any complaints with the company?

Can anyone understand the girl who calls to schedule the closings?? Smile I can't!

not sure what their schedule is. But, no, I can't understand a word that woman says. Last time she called me I asked her to put someone on the phone who speaks English...Well, FASS hasn’t called me back since. That’s OK though, they've gotten really cheap from what I read on here. Now, If it was one of my regulars, i would have never said that…. well, maybe I would have said it in a not so rudimentary way.......I think I was just irritated that day….. But hey, come on, if I can’t understand her, then I can't and obviously I’m not the only one!

Veronica - She's probably in India. That's what a little birdie told me. They have outsourced or something like that.

I love this (relayed to me by another): "No...is overnight your documents are so it's okay...$50 is okay."

No sweetheart, it's not.

they pay $50.00 for overnight docs...and an extra 35 if you have extra things to do. They pay within 30 days...HOWEVER, they are notorious with either not getting the docs to you via FedEx etc and the signing gets cancelled, or (if they edoc) they come very late (close to the signing time). They are also one of the companies requiring a background/credit check on all their contract people. (see previous posts). I advised them last time I talked with them to remove me from their database, as it is not worth my time (even for a quick 50 bucks) to worry about docs or extensive cancellations. Just my .02 worth "Doc"

Re: First American Signature Services-Agreed she is so

difficult to understand, I may later today copy and paste this to the company, it is absurd to not be able to understand and I hate to be rude and keep asking her to repeat until I think I understand what she said.

Re: FASS OUTSOURCING

FASS is tied into Coutrywide and Countrywide outsources to India. That is why "Annie" is so hard to understand. We think we've got problems? I feel bad for the borrowers who can't understand the callers, either.
Shame on Countrywide!

Ooops...I did not see this. That's what I just said also.

I usually refuse FASS. I can not undestand the girl who calls and they pay very slow and want you to accept $50. My fees are now $75 minimum with $25 for edocs and $25 for second loan.
