First Merit Settlement Services
out of Beaver Pa. Anyone worked for them? How's their pay? And are they quick/slow pay?
Nothing in Search and they are not listed on the Signing Services tab.
Thanks.

I got the e-mail yesterday! But...HAVE YOU READ THROUGH THE CONTRACT! They even want you to make a COMPLETE COPY PACKAGE AFTER SIGNING and keep it until they tell you you can destroy it! (And they give specific instructions for how well you have to destroy it.) I may call them to confirm this (and other things), but I cannot honestly believe they are willing to pay enough to make it worth my time and effort to meet all of their requirements.

Sure did, yesterday felt the the last day of the EOM, so I didn't really get a chance to read over it. But, I think I'll fill it out and send it back.

The intro pages leads me to believe they do Ameriquest so I stopped reading.
I would rather get a real job than deal with Ameriquest.

On second thought......
I just read it.
I guess if we all charge a minium of $275 (I'm not kidding) we can cover the costs.
Last Ameriquest I closed was 3 years ago, that was 180 pages. (although it appears the poor borrower is not entitled to a full set of their copies at closing. It seems more prudent to send the full set of signed copies to the poor borrower after the closing instead of shredding them).
$25 if you make the trip and print the pages and they don't sign.
Small fax backs and waiting for approval to send out. That's always fun.
