Natins will only pay 40 to close these loans. NREIS and GMAC are good paying cliients. does anyone know is N/D signed some type of contract with them. NRIS used to pay 100. now nations is taking a 60% of my fee

I've found Nations Direct to be a low payer in the past with local signings but not that low. They are more agreeable to my fee once I get out of my local area. Most of theirs, for me, are overnite docs.
Man it burns me that they would choose to pay that overnite fee instead of the edoc fee to me.

does this mean all the schedulers are losing their jobs?

Nations Direct low balls the Notary. The lowest fees I have heard of. I did a GMAC today for another signing company for a higher fee than $40.00., so the problem is with Nations Direct, taking most of the fee.

I to have done GMAC-Ditech loans through other SS's and for a heck of a lot more then $40 bucks. I sign directly with NERIS and have had no problems getting my fees. (but I'm rural)
Nations Direct calls me about once every 3 months for a local /w overnight docs. "I don't do $40 and $50 dollar signings".
