Yeah. I had three separate phone calls today. Sadly, I have to ignore each and everyone of them until I get caught up on some edumacashin. Almost caught up though, Yippee!

I had only one yesterday but 3 already today. All todays were E-docs (are you sitting down?)
They all came on time! I have turned 3 down this week already because they want me to travel hell and creation for $40 or $50 bucks.

I have had 3 phone calls in 2 days. Turned one down because it was during my full time job. Actually, I gave them a referral. The other 2 I accepted. Get this, I already have the e-docs for the one tomorrow night. The one on thursday night is a mobile home closing. They are sending a disposable camera and I have to take pictures and send the camera back with the docs. Only about 25 pages in the closing packet though. Anyone ever have one of these?

Yep...phone ringing here too! and its only the 1st/2nd week of April...wonder what the EOM will be like now.

I had two closing in a roll that cancelled at table last weekend though....am wondering if some lenders are just desperate that they are screwing up on documents...TC too. Anyhow else noticed that?
