I am holding you captive ...
Do not try to resist because I have explicit instructions that state:
"Prior to releasing the borrowers, fax the documents listed below ..."
...
"Borrowers are not to be released without approval of a ______ employee."
--------------------
Have any of you been asked to fax back documents from the borrower's home? Were they cooperative? Or did you wait until you got back to your office? I suppose if they don't have a fax machine you have no choice but to wait.
I still like the idea of holding them captive until I get approval to release them.

Nope I have never had that one. But I do have the fax backs. That is a little much! They can't wait until you get back to your office? Well I live in hicksville and not every borrower has a fax machine! So they will just have to deal with it. I do have the ones where they won't let you release the docs for drop off untill you get a call back stating that your fax backs look ok. I hate those also.

Kind of like ...
... wanting to know my expiration date. If I knew when I was going to expire, ... oh, you meant my commission expiration? Why didn't you say so!
