Had one yesterday

Huge lender in my area. One of their LO's was refinancing and I was called for the signing. I wondered why they didn't just use one of their in-house notaries but understood when I got the docs. It was from a different lender! Oh, where's the loyalty now a days! Anyways, used this opportunity to leave my cards and personalized pens.

tiny little office, only one woman there. Cheryl was her name, sat in on the close. It was a 20 minute HELOC with Citibank. Left some cards and got a new home magazine
