I think it's working....

I usually get 2 or 3 calls from NREIS a month, but they have called me 3 times in the last 2 days for deals over 20 miles away....all being for $90 with e-docs. Turned them all down, but my thought is that someone else also has turned them down or they wouldn't have called ME.

If we all stick together in this, I think we will eventually win out. Just say NO to lowballers and support your fellow NSA's.

PA_Notary_II How correct you are! If Everyone would say NO to lowballers they eventually will get the message.

It's getting more and more expensive to do our job, gas, paper,..etc. Lowball notaries are probably starting to notice that at the gas pump.

Watching PBS channel. The BBC (I just love that British accent!) and others' also predicting a gas shortage. Talk about "culling the herd" that will take care of the $40-$45-$50 buck notaries in verrryyy short order. That is if the present escalating gas and paper prices don't get them. Now I know that some of them can steal their employer's paper, toner and time by printing out (on the job) but stealing gas will get you shot! lol

$2.40 here and thats Wawa's price. For those of you who know Wawa know their prices are little cheaper - generally speaking.

I feel guilty complaining now as well lol

Re: Really!!!....

Know what you mean ! Here in Colorado if you shop at King Soopers you get .10 off per/gal. It's just hard to find one of their stores that has gas pumps.

I've been thinking of using the horse (just like the Pony Express!) let's see. Cost per/ounce they charged $100.00 <If memory serves me correctly, it's been a long time since grammer school. lol And no one bangs their doors in parking lots!
