I was sent out for a second attempt
to get the borrowers to sign they wouldnt sign the 1st time because the payment was wrong but I was told that the LO talked to them and to use the same docs. Went today and they still were not interested in that payment I tried to tell the lender ahead of time but maybe now they get it since the borrower told him he was incompetent
