Insured Closing

I received today for a 1st and 2nd closing for Mon, May1, with overnight documents for $75.00. At first I thought this was a joke. But when I asked the gentleman if he was kidding, he said absolutely not. I told him no way and he needed to find another notary. I am sure he found someone. Good luck with these low ball offers.
