Is something going on at Countrywide?
Didn't their packages used to be of a reasonable size, maybe 60 - 70 pages for a 1st, 40 for a HELOC? The last two I've done were 123 pages each not including title docs. What gives?

26 pages of TC/Escrow instructions is what gives. I quit printing the "instruction booklet" (Thanks TitleGal) about a month ago.

110 pages a Heloc on Monday. I'll give in to Ameriquest anytime any days.

I hate that damn book. I rip out page 11 (with the endorsements) and can the rest.

By the way
I don't even print them until the entire package is ready to go in the shipping envelope.

Re: 150 Pgs
I just did one 150 pages, I got cheated, I did not ask how big the package was. It had 3 awk, and 3 jurats. I like doing countrywide but only when it is direct from them. They pay well but I think I got cheated from the SS, but now I know.

Yes. all the extra instruction pages have bothered me, is it really OK just not to print them? I have stopped printing them for the borrowers but have still printed them in the package to return.
