LandAmerica OneStop... Take all you can get. They're one of the best. Note that they are actually a title co, with a scheduling division for calling notaries. Name is a bit misleading.

I do signings for LandAmerica Onestop, but this is LandAmerica Signing Services, Inc., that is why I was checking on them, as when they sent me the confirmation, they didn't include any of their company information, which concerned me.

I did a signing at the end of last month for "LandAmerica Lawyers Title". Probably the same. Good company to work with.

I did 1 signing for them back in Jan. They paid within 30 days. They gave me a return address in Euclid, Ohio for the package. I have done signings for Land Am Onestop, these folks had a different looking check than Onestop.

I used to do alot, but

They seemed to have turned into a $50.00 edoc company, I have what seem to be midlevel fees and each time I get that's too much. Which leads me to believe someone around me is way too busy digging themselves into a hole, for i never get a call back.

LandAmerica

LandAmerica is the Parent company of many escrow and title services including lenders services such as Landamerica One Stop. I've never heard of LA Signing Service but it has to be under LA One Stop.

LandAmerica Lawyers Title is only ONE of the title companies under that unbrella of LandAmerica. You'll also find LandAmerica Commonwealth, LandAmerica Gateway, LandAmerica StoneRidge Escrow, etc. etc.
