Yes, I do. I was contacted by the owner and I forwarded the information. Russ the site builder is reviewing the information, from the emails that I received.
The company is real, in my humble opinon it appears to me that a hacker got into the website. If only there had been a contact phone number, I probably would not have gone into a panic the way that I did. I should not have signed up without getting more contact information. This has been a valuable lesson for me.

For people to make their own opinion - this is long-sorry
This could very well be the final post I make on NotRot but will be for some time at least. I just don’t feel like enabling anymore the things have become worse and worse on this board. You are welcome to say whatever you like and I’m sure some will because it will be pretty much a freebie because they will not get a response from me. It will not HURT my feelings as to what is said and it gives you really an opportunity to say anything without a rebuttal and the people observing will unfortunately be at a disadvantage because they wont know which poster’s really have any experience with me or not to even be posting what I’m sure people wont pass up putting forth, but I just ask you to be responsible and think before you post. But the individuals that do know me and what I do stand for and how I conduct business will take any negative comments with their own grain of salt.
I know that the post that happened yesterday about 1clickregistry came to a point that I did not care for it to go. I am human as you all are and I still stand by the fact that I tried not to let it bother me but I did let in the end. I stated strictly my thoughts on the fact that people should be responsible and be careful what they were getting themselves into with their comments on things that they had no reason to be involved or commenting on. Yet I was provoked and I tried to make it apparent that I was speaking to others and eventually made a harsher than needed response. I was not intending to make that final comment but this person either didn’t get it or completely disregarded what I said and continued for whatever benefit they saw in it. And I have to say that I could’ve tried to be stronger and ignored it to. But without knowing the information I had, had to deal with and will have to still deal with they did what I see so often on this board, blindly standing up for someone they don’t know and taking it to a point that is usually irreversible and quite sad.
It is unfortunate that it seems to be continuing just the same today but even though I don't take this kind of thing lightly it will be the end for me as a participant today. Not because I think I am wrong but because I don’t post on this board for MY gain, but when I have posted it is my attempt to help (or even an attempt to stick up for an “underdog”). But I don not think that this person can get it and I don’t want to further encourage it. For whatever reason she pushed and wanted to provoke as she did, that is her thing to deal with. I am not going to go there again.
When I know the time and energy that this group has put into 1clickregistry and the other things they have been developing to better the notary industry, but now might not move forward on because of the antics that seem to transpire among notaries time and time again it’s disheartening. I have never been involved with ANY other industry that conducts themselves in such a way that lately I truly do not know if they are ready to have a professional organization “back” them as some of us have been trying to work on in the background to put together. (And I will not post their names out of respect for what has been done thus far. Even though I might excuse myself from it at this point, but will be determined later). I have passion for all that I do, I think that you should or if you can’t that would, to me, be a sign that it shouldn’t be something I should be doing. I have been told that I should let things roll off me and ignore the negativity on this board. There are a lot of times I do. But there comes a time that a person says, enough is enough and says this isn’t how it should be. I do that. I don’t know why, if it has to do with how the stars are aligned (Charm it’s that darn Birthday Book), or what I have been taught by the wise people that have been lucky enough to have as a part of my life, but I don’t want to believe that I didn’t try to make things better.
I have owned and sold companies in my life thus far, been a realtor for more than 12 years now & in 2 states and I have been in the mortgage sector as well. But this is truly the most embarrassed I have been about actions that are taken by “associates” in the industry I do business in. I am not classifying everyone in the industry because there are some truly wonderful people who want to help, but have stepped back because they have been crapped on, but still give in some way besides that (for no benefit to themselves) because that is the person they are. But then there are the ones that are pure evil. The ones whose actions and entire being give off negativity that people can sense but they wonder why “they” aren’t able to succeed (and that does not have to be just in their career life). Those are the ones that continually lash out at posts for the pure enjoyment of it, the ones that just start things because they need to have that attention because they are very insecure and the ones that can’t care about helping others because they have that chip on their shoulder that says, I’m not helping because no one helped me.
Even though it is not my responsibility to apologize for those people, I am sorry for the new people who cross paths with those types, wherever it may be, and are given a sour taste in their mouth of what should be an industry that has a higher standard than most because they are granted a position by their state that should bring the utmost ethic and conduct in a person. I have made mistakes as anyone else and I hope that they come fewer and fewer as time moves forward. I seem to believe they do because I do learn from them. Without mistakes there is no way for growth.
I hope this industry has the chance for real growth, for making a difference, and for protecting this nation from the predators that get worse as years go by.
With that said and the preaching done, please view the following facts (yes there is proof) and make your own opinions because you have the right to have that opinion. I will not post actual names here publicly but I have no problem talking to who was involved and honestly cares to know the identity because they were also used and tricked into a deceitful and harmful situation.
The individual publicly making accusations of fraud is not as they appear.
- They are an owner of a signing company - They are an individual who posted on another forum asking if they started a business (like 1clickregistry) if anyone would use it. - They are an individual that registered as a company without a problem but used the service as a notary to find out information and premeditated their intention to cause harm and damages - They are an individual that was able to email with no problem “other” requests to the company but never once a “help” type of email because of fear of a fraudulent act, yet posted just that publicly. - They are an individual that made false statements that might very well have put others in harms way. - They have since accepted that 1clickregistry will be exercising their right to refuse service to them and returning their fee should it in fact clear the transfer and did so with the following response:
Thank you for the update. My transaction was not cancelled and I understand the refusal of service.
- They are NOT someone that 1clickregistry will endorse or promote or associate with in any manner.
With that said have a good day, weekend, and whatever you do I do wish you success and just wish that you try to “out-do” everyone in everything you do…because that will make you more successful in ALL the ways possible. I personally will try to keep that promise to myself.
Thanks all.
