I just did a closing for them 2 weeks ago. No problems on my end with them....but it was "an emergency" closing. When I got to the borrower he told me that the guy who was supposed to do the closing for him called that morning because he was lost and could not find the address...the client asked where he was and he was 10 hours away...lol oops. Somebody got that zip code mixed up when looking for a notary...(and somebody never called to confirm that appointment with the borrower). But it all worked out fined...Borrower was very nice and not upset and I would do closings for them again.

Re: Liasigning - Good company
I did a signing for them in early February, the borrower decided not to sign the loan documents. Lia Signing Paid me my full fee as agreed and it took 2 months. This was my second with them.
Good company.

They are low pay, but they do pay as agreed, and in my experience, they pay the full agreed upon fee if a no-sign or brw rescinds the transaction. Very professional as well.
