Has anyone ever done a loan by them? What is package like?? EOM and I am squeezing them in time wise and I have never done a loan with them.

I do them frequently. However, the ones I have done are HELOCs and are small and fast (similar to Navy Federal) Most of the time there are no fax backs. Sometimes 2 or 3 pages needs faxed (no biggie) but mostly are sign and drop.
