Measures being taken Signiture plus

A friend of mine, also a SA, has decided to file a complaint with the Attorney General of Wisconsin against Signitures Plus. I have been keeping her posted on the troubles others have had with them and she asked that I post this.

Something that worked for me...............I had two invoices for this year on SOX and one from March '05. I keep track of the lender and tc involved in each signing I do. I looked up the tc for the two I did this year and I called them. I first asked if they currently were using SOX. They very favorably said yes. I asked if they were aware that SOX has become quite infamous on the message boards for non-payment. They were surprised. I told them of my efforts to get paid by SOX also being sure to let them know I didn't expect that they could pay out to me what they had already paid out to SOX but just wanted to make them aware of what was going on. I called tc's on the 20th of April, call from SOX on 21st, received check for even the March '05 signing on Sat the 22nd or Monday the 24th. Hope this helps.
