National Document Signing Service

I did a search and only two replies came up for this company. Anyone have any more recent experience with this company? Good, bad...etc.

Re: NO they're not good and NO they don't seem to pay timely

Read threads 11326, 104267, 108749 and the responses. Lots comes up when I search by Andrea's name alone!

Let's just say they've left a foul taste in my mouth. I prefer being paid quicker than 98 days. I know not one but 2 other notaries that have had issues collecting as well.

Re: had problems..... I hear you,

I made the mistake of doining a job for Accusigning. I'm only about 6 weeks out but I can already tell it's going to be a problem.

Re: had problems..... no pay

I don't do business with this company, either. I was stiffed $175 in Aug. 05 because the borrowers exercised their RTC. I can't even collect a trip charge. Never again will I take a signing from them.

Re: had problems..... I hear you,

I wish I had read your post sooner. Today I did a E-doc signing for Accusigning. I'm suspicious too. After the signing she didn't answer her phone and her mail box is full. Are you going to do anything about it if she doesn't pay? I'll go to small claims court.

Re: had problems..... I hear you,

I'm not sure exactly what course I'm going to take. I talked to her real briefly Friday morning and she said all checks for March were going out this weekend (yeah, we'll see). As for collecting, this sight has had some good suggestions that I'll probably try before deciding on small claims. But hopefully it doesn't get that far.

Re: NO and NO, my opinion is just that my opinion

Well let me say, they were fair with me and they paid on time, I have no idea about another notary's experience with them. I would take another work order from them.

Re: Well what a wasted weekend this was!!!

I got the call from Andrea and Hector at about 8pm cst, at first she didn't like my fee, then met it, by saying I guess I will have too. I didn't see a confirmation for a couple hours....feeling as though they booked it with someone else...I called and asked if the confirmation was coming through. They said they were behind and it was on its way. So the signing was to be for Saturday.

Andrea told me not to print docs until I heard from the borrower. Finally Saturday morning I see the confirmation. I get a California cell number, paged him, left several messages. Called Andrea back and told her I am skeptical that this guy is even in WI right now. What is going on? She said she would check and call me back. She never did. I like a good little soldier keep trying. Finally I call back and email telling her I can't get this guy. If this is a cell phone, he may not have signal out where his property is located. He may have a land line....please check with lender.

By this time it is almost 2pm iin the afternoon. I have been trying since 9am. I called Andrea one final time and she said they had a call into the lender's cell phone and are trying to find out what is going on. I said well I need to leave for appts...all I have left are evening times open. Please call me back and let me know what is going on. I also emailed this to her. Nothing. As far as I am concerned and what I read from the negative posts. I am lucky I didn't get that guy! Because then I would be begging for money.

How completely unprofessional to not follow through. Leave a notary hanging. All the communication was one sided by me!! At least I emailed and backed up every phone call with an email. I requested a return read receipt and they never responded to those either. I didn't even get the pleasure of working with them fully and I don't have anything good to say about them! Even if they call back on Monday, they will need to find another notaries chain to jerk. I did too much already. For those just catching up I am still talking about National Document Signing Service out of California.
