National Document Signing Services

Was contacted yesterday to do signing in Phoenix, AZ for tonight. I found a few "no pay" posts here on NOTROT but decided to do a search by name, Andrea Joannou. Glad I did. Lots of notaries not paid by this woman. I sent an e-mail back refusing the signing for her. Just giving a "heads up" to others this morning. We don't work nor use our equipment for making someone else rich and apparently there's a few collection co's being contacted regarding non-payment.

I did a signing for them the end of Feb '06 and was paid within 3 weeks.

I've given up on collecting for an Aug. 05 signing from this deadbeat. I'll never, ever accept another signing from this company.

I have "younguns" newly starting that I don't want ending up like several others in previous posts. Don't mean to sound "negative" but just turned the signing down when Andrea called this am about my e-mail declining the assignment so I put my msg out early this am so they can decline offer also.

I have completed several closings for them and have not had any issues with payment. Is it just that person there or the whole company?
