New Required Form From First American

Am I the first lucky(?) recepient of this? Now 1 form is required for each recordable document.
Info includes: Name, County where bond is filed, Date Commission Exp., Commission No.,
Manufacturers/Vender No., County of Principal place of business, Phone No., Place of Execution, Date and By.

You're not kidding, are you? Think I'd be awfully tempted to include my eye color, weight, mother's maiden name & underwear size... What next? Is this even legal?

The note that was with this stated it was due to the County Recorder rejecting doc's. because of illegible notary seals. The top of the form shows Gov't. Code 27361.7

Think I'd put a sticky on it saying 'my seal is legible...as is my signature'. This is getting ridiculous. How many more hoops can they think up for us to jump thru??? Sorry... grouchy tonight. Think I'll go apply for a job as a WalMart greeter. Big smile & say "Welcome to WalMart...here's your basket." Gotta be easier than putting up with this nonsense.
