Hello all,
I WAS working with a title co. closing loans...until yesterday..due to lack of business they let me go.
Now I find myself as an independent signer.
I am in the process of becoming licensed in IN. I also have a KY notary.
I have over 3 years of experiance. I've closed just about every type of loan there is.
Any help I can get to set up my own business would be appreciated.
I live in SW Indiana.
Dennis

Assuming you have the Title Producers License now required for IN notary signings. Good luck!
