I have done several closings for them and I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. I would take all I can get from them. Great company.

Good company. I've done several for them and have been paid timely. I've actually have one scheduled for Friday 4/7.

I had a signing with these folks.. Promised pay in 21 days. Haven't recieved my check yet, although they tell me they short paid my invoice (minus the mileage fee). Now 40 days out.
They also indicated they sent my check to Vermont.. I'm in Utah.. the siging was in Utah.. I guess UT and VT are close enough.

Seems that this may have been just an over-sight, as they did pay me. In fact, they put a check in the overnight UPS to me.

They did the same for me. The loan was a no-sign. They paid me the agreed upon fee and overnighted the check to me. It was for the correct amount and made out to the correct person.

We did a closing for them in May of 2006 and are still awaiting payment as of Jan of 2007.
When we contact them we get an answering machine and no call backs.
