Notary Pro wants what?
They want fax back of printed docs before going to closing to make sure docs are printed right. Giminy Cricket!!! If they pay the right money for quality notaries they don't need to check on things like that. I think we know what size font the deed should be in. Sheesh!

Vital signing use to pay $125 - $150. It was okay back then.

How do YOU control what size the font is? I thought that was controlled by the sender.

If you have incorrect settings, the print size can change. And yes, if the docs are not scanned right, the print will be printed out the way it was scanned and not our fault.

It's not the telephone cost for faxbacks that bothers me. It's the time. I could be doing another closing instead of all those faxbacks. During EOM, I literally have to free up mornings for faxbacks.

It all depends on who your long distance server is, or if they have a toll free number to fax back to. Average long distance is 3 cents a minute if your paying for it, plus your time. Notary Pro, Vital Signing and a few others have all gone to the bow wows if you ask me.
