O/T Timeshare Resales
I have a timeshare in Kaui, Hawaii that I want to sell. Do any of you know of a REPUTABLE timeshare resale company?

Re: O/T Timeshare Resales - I've bought several timeshares
but I certainly would be hard pressed to recommend a company to sell them. Does your resort have a newsletter? An ad in the newsletter might help. Have you checked to see if your resort re-sells time shares. One of the timeshares I own is the red season at Palm Springs Tennis Club and they have an excellent newsletter as well as havning timeshare re-sales. I just bought a re-sold week at Los Abrigados in Sedona through the resort. I would think that re-selling through your own resort would gurantee that the re-seller is financially secure (they have the backing of the resort) and would be more likely to have people who want that particular resort since they problably stayed there. Just some ideas.

I have done quite a few signings for Timeshares and I hated it.
The people would just as soon cut a piece of your eyeball out as to deal with you. They were behind on the TSs payments and needed out from under them. But nooooo....they had to re-sign and do a lower int. rate. They hated me and the timeshare people I was there for.

Re: O/T Timeshare Resales - I've checked out some resales
brokers an they seem to be worse than used car salesmen, very aggressive and a total lack of ethics.
