Printing Problem???

Not sure if this is my printer or the way the docs were scanned in and of course no one in office this bright and sunny Saturday Morning.
The docs are to be printed on legal. PDF File. Had to uncheck "choose paper source by PDF size" and checked proper box for printing on legal.
Some of my docs are coming out with a big black rectangular box on the bottom of the page?????
Is this a mess up in my settings somewhere, or is it from their end????
And if it is mine, how do I get it not to do this, it is a lot of ink. Nine pages printed like this.

Yes I would check how it views on your monitor.

If it views then there isn't much you can do to get rid of it.
Please tell me you are using a laser printer.

Oh I just had an awakening. So is it showing like the whole bottom area is dark?
If so then someone scanned them in leaving the lid open on the scanner, like one page at a time. Have you ever made a copy of something on a copy machine and not shut the lid, what happens, you get a really dark area where the paper is not on the bed of the copier or scanner.

Yes, I am using a Laser. But, none the less, this blows. Its a lot of ink. Its a big block across the bottom and about 3 inches high. Thanx for your help though. I was hoping it was in my settings so I could get rid of it.

Than I would assume that the lender or title for whatever reason put them their and I would print them, sign them, and collect my fee:-)

Lisa are the boxes small little boxes, if so I recently had this, I called the lender this was done intentionally because this area didn't apply to the borrower on this particular loan. I had never seen this either, it did show on the monitor this way as well, ss was also puzzled but lender said oh no don't worry, also about 9 pages were like this.
