Question about initialing an incorrect date
I had a signing last night and the borrowers put the date of 3/12/06 instead of 4/12/06 on a couple of docs (Escrow instructions) next to their signatures. Is it fine if they just changed the 3 to a 4 and initialed it?

they should have lined thru and corrected, initialed...however if it was legible, it shouldn't be a problem on escrow instructions.
