Question regarding NREIS

I have noticed all my recent calls are for 60 to 90 miles away( worked out when I was working fire department so I said right off the bat I couldnt do them). Are they having a hard time finding notary's in local areas? Do they think that finding someone that far away they are going to be stupid enough to drive those miles for that low of fees? juest curious to know if anyone else is getting calls for far away signings from them?

A thought just hit me: If I were a Scheduler for NREIS, I'd be tearing my hair out making all those calls trying to find a Notary. Soooo, I'd call far away ones, knowing I'm going to get a very high fee from them which will make the closest Notary's fee look good to 'the powers that be'. Sounds like a plan until sanity once again prevails.

I would love to know how many calls they are making for each assignment and what the rise in the phone bill is now. I can't imagine how much it must suck for thier schedulers to have to state the new fees.

Email Brandy, who is the accounts payable manager at SOX, then Call Brandy and ask why you have not been paid.
Brandy is fairly new at SOX and has replaced AMY and is much more responsive. I think she is the one who can help you.
Shelly Irvine, the finance mgr will tell you whatever you want to hear but don't hold your breath.
In the latter part of March, 2006 I finally received payment of $460.00 for December's signings, $390.00 for January's signings and $100.00 for February's. (All this happened after speaking with Brandy.)
You noticed the $ amount really declined because I continued to tell the SOX schedulers I was unable to accept anymore signings until they paid December's and the following months of unpaid invoicing.

The above was an answer regarding slow and non payment from SOX, not REIS. That darn cat is walking on everyones keyboard this morning.
