Reverse Mortgage

I got a call today to do a reverse mortgage. I told them I had never done one before. What's the difference between a rm and a refi. I did a search and I saw that some were emailing a set of mock docs. Any help? I would appreciate it!!!! Thanks!!!

I had a set e-mailed to me to look at and I can't see where they are much different than regular docs. If I remember correctly there could be two deeds?

Reverse mortgage loans have about 3 or 4 copies of the note, mortgage and several other docs. Make sure you charge double your normal fee. You could use a whole ink cartridge with printing the copies. Very few people have experience with reverse mortgages so don't be afraid to up your fee (they will always pay more for a reverse)

and this one's a freebie, next one will cost you.

Hopefully Anon meant "toner" cartridge.

I still slip up and say "I need to make a xerox."
That means I need to make a copy.

And, if I offer you a soft drink, it will be a "Coke" even though I might just have Dr. P. and Pepsi.
