Right address, wrong state!

My confirmation paperwork has an address near me and yes it does exist. While printing up the doc's, I notice Cashion, OK instead of Cashton, WI! Call the buyer and he is in OK!
I didn't get a red flag with the long distance phone number because I have had a lot of military personal who keep their out of state cell phones because they are often being deployed from here and they do their VA reduction or other refinance while here.
So I have been paging and leaving vm's with the SS and no results so far.
So I am going to go enjoy a beautiful but cool spring day!
