Right to cancel
HELP!! I Just did my first loan sign and thought it went well until I came home. This was a sellers closing statement and now that i am done I went to fax the papers back that the loan co needs and noticed there was no right to cancel in my papers or the guys coppies.and the signing co is not open until monday.What do I do or is there no right to cancel for sellers

RTC doesn't apply to a purchase sale
Only in a refiance type of transaction, including Heloc's and Hecm's. Exception: There is no RTC on investment property refinaces.
