SOX payment
Just thought I'd let everyone know that I did a signing for SOX in January, and was paid last week. Late? You bet. But atleast I got paid. Keep after them... they WILL eventually send you a check Oh, btw, I told them during our last phone conversation that if they DID send me payment, I would post notification on this message board. They fulfilled their promise, now I've done my part as well. One more post to follow concerning Accurate Signing Services.

Keep after them ????.... Why? Isn't it more profitable to seek client's that pay in a timely manner?

Re: SOX payment... I think what the above poster meant was

they owe me a payment from over a year ago. I ended up writing it off on my taxes as a non payment. I wouldnt work for them again if they begged me to.

I was NOT singing the praises of SOX. And no, I do not like to chase my money. Please! I do this as a full-time living, too. This was a job I accepted before I realized that "Sign on the X" was now calling themselves SOX Signing Services. I deal with hundreds of companies... can't always pick out the similarities. I was simply stating that if you keep calling, no matter how large or small your receivables balance is, they WILL pay you eventually. Chase my money? You bet. I don't let ANYONE off the hook. Lisa
