Seriously!
I get a call from NREIS yesterday morning and I immediately hold my breath because I know what I have to do. They offer me a job 116 miles away-O/D~$65. That's right, the poor scheduler had problems even trying to sputter that fee out.... I politely declined. But then this morning I get another call~for about 50 miles away, same price, I again decline. So, to the notary who has taken these wal-mart fees (I call them wal-mart fees, because I can go make more at wal-mart if you break it down) Please know that when NREIS calls me to clean up your mess, I will charge more than $65 and I won't be broke at the end of the month either.

TulsaPRLGL-Decline LowBall fees!
No you will not be broke at the end of the month. Also you will not be Paying to work for these lowball companies. That's exactly what these people are doing when they accept these low fees "paying to work for these companies!" they might as well as send them the $40-$45 and $50 bucks they are getting. Smart move Lowballers! LOL
Well get ready for another "Notary Auction" day! I get about 3 calls a day from lowball companies, so you know there are at least three people out there taking those jobs. Good grief if you can realize the distance alone, here in Colorado and all the road construction (trust me these lowballers are paying money out!) to take lowball jobs. Go figure??
Hang in there Tulsa!!
