Signatures Plus
Anyone in Irvine that can go bang on their door and get my money for me? lol Yes, I was stupid and took 2 assignments from them. I have email, faxed, called and even filed a BBB compliant and nothing. I guess when I go to Disneyland in June I will spend part of a day breaking legs

They owe me for two - last Oct/Nov....they claim they are trying to get their act together and lost big money due to a few accounts not paying. I do see a dribble of posts every once in awhile that say they finally got paid. I'm still waiting. I got a call from them two weeks ago for a signing in my area, I asked them to o/n the docs with money owed. I was told they'll look into the payment issue and passed up.

Derrick, How do you really feel about the situation?!! I gave them one chance also only because I didnt realize who I had taken the assignment from until it was too late. Turns out they had a communication break down somewhere and the wife was supposed to be there and wasnt. Scheduled for a different time, but before I went they decided they werent going to sign. Tried to get paid just for a trip charge and couldnt get that. It is a sad situation when you cant even get a lousy trip fee.

Re: Signatures Plus...Lisa
If you found out before you went, why would you charge a trip fee?

Way back in the day... , when I took the assignment, I didnt know there was supposed to be a wife until I got there, lesson learned always ask if there is a wife or husband or other for that matter, because the docs went to them. I had nothing to go on except for the confirmation. So I made one trip. Does that answer your question?

Re: I have a trip fee owed from last year....and they won't
pay it! Got to the signing and it turned out that the borrowers decided not to sign and the company never informed me and I made the trip to find it out from the borrowers. How was trivia?

How do you say, very interesting to say the least. A whole weekend of trying to get these off the wall questions. I was very proud of my ten year old though. He put up one heck of a fight thru the weekend. He even made a couple calls in with the answers. As far as the rest of us, we didnt get too serious. The questions were way out of my league. and everyone else was "enjoying" their weekend. Here is some interesting trivia though. There were 11,000 players. Thats alot of people!!

make a fun weekend getaway! My husband ended up having to go into work, he designs Trusses and they had some issues in the shop that he needed to help with. So we missed out and I am not as brainy as he is! He retains everything!

I can think of quite a few brainys on this site that would have been really good at it. And thats exactly it, its for poeple who can retain all types of info. That aint me!!! But it is a fun weekend. Its like the whole town is playing. Even if people dont have a team, they are listening to it on the radio and outside barbecueing(sp?). I think it is more of a social event then anything. Its been going on for 37 years and all the old alumni come into town for it.
