Signing for the 26th Has not happened yet

I took the signing crossing my fingers as I have not worked for this company before and seeing not all good about them. They met my fee.
Docs will be there this morning call borrowers to set up time, they have to sign in the AM husband has to work in afternoon .Ok set time :::::::::::: ( this is waiting) NO docs, e-mail where is docs please? You have not recieved them yet? no ,ok I'll check on it and e-mail you. No e-mail,I Call borrower an reset for 27th AM she will come home from work to sign.::::::::::: again no docs no call.E-mail said no docs He said well I hope so and so called you AAAHH NO. They promised you would have them this morning. I call borrower and say I am sorry no docs yet I will call you when I have them and we will set a time then. She is still happy. I get a call this evening I e-mailed you the docs both sets BOTH sets I say??? It is a 1st and 2nd ok I need a larger fee ok fee was agreed, I get home late ,go to print so they will be ready in AM as I have another one before this one in AM HE DID NOT send a password to open docs!!! OMG I call him to tell him I can not open docs, I did not include the password?? AAHH NO ,He says I can call till AM to get it. What a nightmare !!!! I have learned my lesson. Just venting here!
