lender on Wed @ noon for $x ?
Ok, but if the dox are more than xx pages,I will need and extra 50 cents/ page
because I have a cheap printer, the toner is very expensive, and
I buy my paper at a small office supply store .
If I need to fax back anything to a toll free # it will be an extra 75 cents /page
if not a toll free # then $1/page
If the location is over xx miles each way it will be an additional 48 cents/mile +
a 25 cent fuel cost surcharge because I drive a hugh SUV even though I only
drive on paved roads, and It never snows here.
If the dox are sent later than 4 hours before scheduled time, there will be
a $20 surcharge.
If I am not paid in 14 days, there will be a 5% late charge per day
If the appointment is cancelled later than noon of Tues, I will be
owed my entire fee,
The L/O must confirm that he has explained all the the final
loan terms to the bwr and that they are in agreement
I will need all of this confirmed in writing

What about

SS: Can you please help us on the signing that is about 25miles away from you, docs to borrower that needs to be done in 2 hours because borrowers are now ready for $40?
Notary: Let me call you back and see if I can get that approve.
SS: Let me give you my number so you can call me back.
Notary: I have it on my phone. Bye. ( still listening on the phone)
SS: She said she'll call me back.

Some of them just don't get it.

Yep I got a call a few weeks ago for a signing to be done in Pinion Hills, the call came at 5:23 p.m. signing was for 6, the location would be at least an hour away for me, I didn't even ask the fee....are you kidding e-docs, hour away, 6 p.m. signing time and it is now 5:23.....get real....
