From what I have read, they seem to be a slow-pay company. Do a search and you will find some info on them.

they pay monthly. If a company does not pay weekly then I dont think it worth the effort to work with them. with some of these companies it can take up to 6 weeks to get paid, not worth it. I work with many that pay from the HUD and you know what that means, you get paid as soon as the loan funds.

"I work with many that pay from the HUD and you know what that means, you get paid as soon as the loan funds."
Does'nt that mean that if the loan rescinds, you do not get paid?

Re: This is nice....:)
I have done one signing for them, last August. I posted the payment exactly one month later. I will say I did have a conversation with them about sending them a W-9 and they said they don't do W-9s or 1099s. Hmmm. That makes you wonder.

Did a closing 1/9 and was paid 3/9. Too long to wait for payment.

OT Re: The Final Step-I'll probably get castigated for this
but I found it an interesting pun between the name of the company and your comment. The Last Step and then you did the last minuet, is that you last dance with this bunch Hmmmmm????

Re: OT Re: The Final Step-I'll probably get castigated for this
Someone, I forget who...maybe Sylvia, brilliantly put it this way "My first step with them was my final step." I waited forever for my one check and hounded them constantly. At the time, one of their clients hadn't paid them several thousand, and they were having trouble. Seems to me if their cash flow gets interrupted at all, the notary is at the end of the pay chain. Watch yourselves. This group of folks is not flush with extra cash in their bank accounts.
