To Lulu re: LLC Tax

In a previous post re: EIN you asked "John are you certain about the $800 corporate fee for an LLC? I am in Iowa, have three LLC's and I don't pay any annual or other coporate fee. Is is possible that is state specific?" Sorry for the confusion, I got caught up in the moment, the tax moment I mean. This is specific to California. I guess that's the price we pay for living in this winter wetter land! In S.F. area we are now at 165% of normal rainfall. Have a drink anyone?

Lol, John! I could take the trouble to look up LLC fees for the SOS, but frankly I'm too lazy at the moment.

About 400 miles south of you, we're considered the barometer for Orange County (where the real world begins and ends, dontcha know).

Once it stops in Ventura, OC has 8-10 more hours. Well, we're still raining here. Guess it'll take a few more hours for that fabulous citrus sunshine.

When the sunshine is unavailable, thank goodness for Mendocino sun and those grapes they produce...Have a drink anyone?

LLC tax? I thought it was a passthrough. Just a $50 renewal fee in VA. Taxes are paid by members on individual income.
