I was just catching up on the last few days posts and came across your Great Idea. I wasn't aware of a specific form for the borrower to fill out, but when a borrower refuses to sign I try to get them to write the reason why to include it in the package and just last week it saved my butt! The signing company was happier than heck too cause it saved theirs too.You are absolutely right about a great idea
