I just got the fax and I can't believe that they expect us to take pictures, which I assume they are going to want interior shots of several rooms. It sounds like they won't need the appraisers and of course we are supposed to do it free of charge. Good deal for them!

Do they want you to print them also to send with package or just upload and email them?
At the point where they called me I would quote them a printing fee or an upload fee. Actually, I think I would bypass the option of printing and tell them I would upload them and send by email only. I have a pda so I would have them email me the revised pricing if I was already at the appointment and wait for that to come through and then say 'Sure! No problem!' An extra $25 to upload pictures taken with my pda or if you have a cell phone that takes pictures and can upload to your computer, helps pay the cell phone or pda bill. You are already there. Smile

Gee, maybe they could provide a little check off list & we could do the appraisals, too. Oh, and get referrals, then go there & take a loan application........ nah.... I'm not gonna finish this; it'll give 'em too many ideas. However, for $19.95 sent to PayPal...... will this never end?

LOL. I know a contractor that we feel has a gift for getting a client to add a considerable amount of work to a job. Kind of a, 'while we are here wouldn't this look nice?'. I see this on the same level but they are asking for it, it doesn't have to be sold. Just tell them the price or 'No'. Think about it with the price of gas I would sing praises to anyone who asks for more while I'm there. If they don't want to pay for it 'just say no'.
