Warning about C Facts, Pittsburgh!

I am wondering if anyone else is having a problem getting paid from this title company. I have several outstanding invoices some over 60 days. Have been told all kinds of stories (and I don't believe any of them) It doesn't look good. It looks like I'll be at the magistrate's office next week.

I thought the local magistrate's offices were a thing of the recent past, no? I did some research in anticipation of needing to file a small claim up there, and came up with:

Hope this helps.

I know! I know!

I may show my ignorance in many areas, but I really shine when it comes to Pittsburgh!

Magistrates are alive and kicking, are now called district magistrates and that's where small claims like these are filed. For Allegheny County, it's District Justice Courts Manager / Small Claims Court (412) 350-5485.

For other counties, check your phone book.

For any unpaid invocies, talk to Eva in Accounts Payable, her extension is 229...I just talked to her today about an unpaid invoice from early March...Hopefully I will get a check soon....She did tell me that because of "taxes" time, they are running behind on payments to notaries....Checks should be issued in the next couple of weeks...

HTH

Yes I spoke to her twice. The first time I was told about the tax excuse (sorry but that doesn't cut it for me- My invoices go back to february) Everyone else was paid after the loans closed why should I have to wait over 60 days. I was told one thing and now today I am told they did not go out yet. To me that is not a good sign for a TITLE COMPANY, this is not a signing service.

I feel you....I think that a lot of TC are running into a cash flow problem lately because this isn't the only one that owes me money over 60 days....that totally sucks!
