Della, this probably won't be much help. I have done a couple, but it has been a while. I really don't remember, but that probably is a good thing, as if anything was really weird, I would have remembered that. Good Luck.

It's' been awhile for me as well. I think their doc formats are somewhat different from what you would normally see in regular refi packages. All letter size with small prints from Heloc to Refi.

I did one last month and it was letter size for all pages. Only about 60 pages very simple.

I've done a lot of their HELOC loans. Very small package with only a few documents to sign. Usually only a short form DOT to notarize. Occasionally another document to notarize. Usually only takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete the signing.
