World Savings Question help please signing shortly

Help please, can't reach anyone at signing agency. My instructions aren't clear. Do they ask that the bottom of every page be initialed?

Anon, you were not interrupting

you were interpreting. And, it's not rocket science. Just read the instructions and do what they say.

No one here posted anything outside of the instructions you already have!!! What's the deal?

Here's one outside of your printed instructions....World Savings is a major PITA. From the borrowers to the notary to the title company and and to title policy...a major PITA.

Count on PITA when you see the words "World Savings" and you'll be just fine.

Are you kidding? I don't think I've ever had a problem with a World Savings loan. I'm always thrilled when I see them because there's usually only the one notarization and not that many pages require signatures. And I've never initialled every page.

What is such a PITA about them?

I think what they are emphasizing(sp?) is to make sure that they sign correctly as their name is printed below signature line.
Note: I havent done any of their loans, so I cant be for sure. I can see where you might be confused.

I've done a few and have never had borrowers initial each page unless there is a line to do so, such as on the application pages.

I have done a few and I always have borrowers initial each page, and never had any problems with it.

They are to sign every page that has a signature line, and initial every page that has an initial line. They do not need to initial every document in the package.

I agree with Lisa I have signed a lot of them and it just means to sign and Inital correctly as printed on signiture line.

Like Anon, that little set of instructions threw me the first time...but the bwr took all my fun away. He was Vice Somewhat-Grand Poopah of the one here in town.

Docs had gone to them. I had a hard time thinking through that one because he wanted to do it precisely right and not appear to be a nimrod. Decided not to initial every page, just the ones so indicated/signed the ones so indicated. I am still here today which proves very little actually...sounded good.
